Exhibit Rates
Allegheny Sport Show Brochure & Floor Plan Standard Exhibit Space:
$795 thru August 15th
$850 after August 15th
Corner Locations: $100 additional
Bulk Rates: Certain items such as boats, trucks, ATVs, etc. qualify for “bulk Exhibit” Rates. Please contact us if you are interested in bulk space
Electric Connection: You may add the cost of an electric connection to your Exhibit Contract. Cost is TBD (please ask) for up to an 1800-watt connection.
Payment Terms: 50% due with and upon signing Exhibit Contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before December 16, 2011.
Purchase of Space Includes: Free Exhibitor parking, free assistance in loading and unloading if needed, 6 day advance storage, standard both set-up consisting of 8' high drape the entire width of booth back wall and 33” high draped side rail; crate pick-up, storage and re-delivery, 24-hour security, continuous janitorial service of main aisles, general heat and lighting, worker passes & credentials.

Saturday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
