The Facility
The ExpoMart is the premier Convention Center in Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania! Located by Exit 6 at the PA Turnpike and situated in front of Western Pennsylvania 's largest shopping mall, the ExpoMart has nearly 45,000 free parking spaces. Nearly 90% of the ExpoMart is already carpeted! Restaurants, grocery stores and hardware stores are all within walking distance. Best of all, the ExpoMart is connected to the Radisson Hotel, which features an indoor heated pool, lounge & restaurant.
Installation/Dismantling
The ExpoMart provides manpower and forklifts to help load and unload your materials at no extra charge! Travel Exhibitors will be pleased to know there is no charge for receiving and delivering your palletized literature or UPS Shipments.
Exhibit Rates
Standard Exhibit Space: $775.00 for 10'x10' (100 sq. ft.) Before June 1st $795.00 for 10'x10' After June 1st
Corner Locations: $100.00 additional
Bulk Rates: Certain items such as boats, trucks, ATVs, etc. qualify for “bulk Exhibit” Rates. Those rates are as follows:
400-799 sq. ft. = $4.75 per sq. ft.
800 sq. ft. and over = $4.00; Enclosure/Ground Level Exhibit Hall 800 sq. ft. & over $3.20 per sq. ft.
Electric Connection: You may add the cost of an electric connection to your Exhibit Contract. Cost is TBD (please ask) for up to an 1800-watt connection.
Payment Terms: 50% due with and upon signing Exhibit Contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before December 17, 2007
Purchase of Space Includes:
Free Exhibitor parking, free assistance in loading and unloading if needed, 6 day advance storage, standard both set-up consisting of 8' high drape the entire width of booth back wall and 33” high draped side rail; crate pick-up, storage and re-delivery, 24-hour security, continuous janitorial service of main aisles, general heat and lighting, worker passes & credentials.
