Exhibit Space Rates
Standard Exhibit Space: $795.00 for 10'x10' (100 sq. ft.) before June 1st $825.00 After June 1 st
Corner Locations: $100.00 additional
Bulk Rates: Certain items such as boats, trucks, ATVs, etc. qualify for "Bulk Exhibit" Rates. Those rates are as follows:
500-999 sq. ft. = $4.50 per sq. ft. Before June 1st
$.4.75 per square foot After June 1st
1000 sq. ft. and over = $2.75; included at no additional charge is spotting/washing of units & hitching/unhitching of units.
Payment Terms: 50% due with and upon signing Exhibit Contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before December 17, 2007
Purchase of Space Includes:
Drive-In Pass/Escort fee - Installation and dismantling allows an Exhibitor to drive one (1) vehicle (Car, station wagon, standard pickup truck or regular van only) directly to his/her booth at no extra charge. Complimentary daily shuttle cart service from Exhibitor entrance into the Show. Standard booth set-up consisting of 8' high drape the entire width of booth backwall and 33" high draped side rail; 24 hour security, continuous janitorial service of main aisles, general heat and lighting, Worker Passes/Credentials. Free literature delivery any day from literature storage.
